As of late, I've been really invested in my hormone health as a woman and try to eat breakfast 90 minutes within waking up. Especially if I am going to the gym early, I try not to go on an empty stomach. The perfect pre workout mini breakfast is my chia pudding that I mix in a scoop of this creatine. I know creatine is all the rage but I swear it helps me focus better and the tone of my muscles. I find that the chia pudding is the perfect vessel to incorproate any of my powdered supplements into one super loaded punch.
Base Recipe below:
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs hemp seeds
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle walnuts
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Pinch of cinnamon
